Regardless of the reason, at SociallyNG Creatives we believe there should be a definite refund policy for our customers who decide not to go ahead with the service.
However, refunds for such services are only given under the following circumstances:
The client did not access any portion of the service AND the client requested a refund, in writing via email with payment evidence within 24hrs from the date of payment (email notification sent).
There will be no refunds for any service once a service has been accessed in any manner.
A full refund will be issued with an administrative fee of ₦20,000
